Pascal is a scientific innovator and inventor of various technologies with large market value. His inventions led to the filing of 12 patent families including the core patents behind the world’s leading sequencing technology (Illumina). Prior to Alphanosos, key experience included VP drug-discovery at BioFilm Control, CEO at Haploys, CSO at Manteia Predictive Medicine (a spin-off from Serono), and Scientist at Glaxo-Wellcome and later Serono. He holds an honorary chair at University of Strasbourg Institute for Advanced Studies.
Pascal MayerPhD, Breakthrough Prize and Gairdner Award Laureate, Co-Founder, CEO & CSO 
Clemence is a hands-on microbiologist and cell-biologist with experience in R&D, service providing and quality assurance. She took growing responsibility in Alphanosos from technician to successful team, scientific and operational manager. Prior to Alphanosos, she exercised multidisciplinary R&D technician and quality assurance roles at SetuBio.Operation manager
Clémence MarinasOperation Manager 
Daniel is a pharmaceutical entrepreneur with legal and financial background, and currently CEO of Syha-Paris SAS, a spin-out of Alphanosos, and Kynos SAS. Prior to co-founding Alphanosos, his key experience included: CEO at Filaxis (Speciality Pharma developed internationally and sold to Fresenius), CFO at Manteia Predictive Medicine (a spin-off from Serono), VP Taxes (Finances) at Serono, and Senior Legal Consulting Manager at Price Waterhouse.

Tom is a seasoned business development professional. He spent his early career in human pharmaceuticals with GD Searle (now Pfizer) before moving into international business development roles within the veterinary pharmaceutical industry setting up and managing distribution partners around the world. Since 1997 Tom has worked independently in the field of human and veterinary pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, OTC & Consumer Health, agriculture and medical devices.

Jacques is an accomplished executive in the health markets. He has extensive management and worldwide operational experience as President of Arkopharma (a leading company in the field of natural health) Asia-Pacific & Americas manager for Pierre Fabre Laboratories (specialty pharma), General Manager of Pierre Fabre Consumer health Division (OTC) and Marketing Manager for the cosmetic brand Avene.
